    Just a theory,

    Strategic revue indicated split into two entities. Put simply one with all the crappy assets an another with the strong assets. Any chance a Government bail out on the crappy side, leaving a strong entity going forward. Have hope as it may happen, would restore some confidence to the market as a whole.
