Yes it is a full time job .....as is being a full time carer a job...I'm fortunate in that I can set my own hours and be flexible around diverse needs.
Very different skills sets and work ....stock market and investing as compare to being a brick layer??? ...IMHO good brick layers are also skilled and I have nothing but admiration for skilled tradies.
My tale is not sad and in fact I've talked with various family tradies about stock market investments ....so I know that they value my thoughts and they don't think my tale is sad or that I do not value their skills or their work.
What i'd say to anyone is to try to make the best of the skills and talents you have whatever you are doing.
