When CATL sold NVX, it was just a battery testing company. PureGraphite was acquired with the new leadership team. It is a significantly different business to the one they sold.
Graphite mine is the asset they had while they were GraphiteCorp. They don't actually need this for the direction they are heading, the synthetic graphite isn't created from raw graphite.
