I hope you are right but the facts would suggest otherwise. This is a company on declining revenues, massive regulatory problems, class actions and no clear future. A loss of $2.5b last year, removal of guidance for this year and zero dividends further indicate that this is a bad bet.
As far as being a world-class company it is unclear what you mean by this. Do you mean in terms of destroying capital? If so I definitely agree!
