I wonder if the rule changes are worded so as to allow a financing or guarantee of a GLE owned enrichment plant in Paducah?Lower cost tails reprocessing and uranium enrichment by a US registered company on US soil creating us jobs. This would fill a big hole in US ambitions to be a nuclear technology world leader again. All with the stroke of a pen.It may be stating the obvious, but if this were to happen then the market price of the remaining 25% of GLE would become much more valuable to silex and be more than enough to cover remaining ramped up development.I would wager that this is not too far off the Silex/Cameco game plan.
