Is there an impedement to putting 100k into super fund ABC then closing it and moving 100k across to his diy fund to pay tax.The 100k may give him a deduction.Given timeframe to funding and rerate i am surprised with sale transaction.IF funding is due June or as many seem to think now July at 4.9 cents you would think 8 week timeframe. The Australian Government said to be looking at legislation in relation to key industries tek battery metals rare earths similar to US.
