mate ... let me tell you why these directors and bnb manager where like in the height of their power.
they would walk around town talking it up, and if u did not agree with them you got the cold shoulder and no market news ! .. hope u get what i mean.
They made alot of ememies not for being tough bussiness men or woman, but for being jerks ..
No one would employee them at all and now it even worst. So they wanted to pull this off to save their own skins not the benefit of the share holders.
this is my view and may not be right dyor.
