I'm not defending CEU, in fact, I don't give a s... about it. I believe they management has been arrogant and misleading in many aspects but still think there's potential in the long run.
In regards the rumours I can't add anything at all, I've heard about discussions between the State and the Federal government to bust some Infrastructure projects in a PPP format, which makes sens with CEU activity and long term view, however after BCS I hardly believe raising cash will be well accepted by the market and in any case, 350m is not enough to fund anything, if they're about to raise some cash for Franksto bypass it's going to be much more than 350m and if they're raising 350m to balance their balance sheet kiss good bye the sp...
