When did the 50% Powerco sale take place? Just curious, as this may have some influence on why it sold above book value.

For example if it sold in July....well the world hadn't yet fallen off a cliff, so that would explain it. But if it recently sold in say October, that's impressive.

Simple I know, but just churning the thought over.
