A few around here don't understand what is required,
@96Blitz What the African Development bank is asking for is a deposit, similar to applying for a home loan, where you are required to have a 25% deposit prior to them starting the assessment process.
The bank will then start the affordability assessment and determine the value of the projects and possible risks in them providing the other 75%.
One would have to ask why Pareto isn't willing to fund the US$30mil, they had already spent 3 months completing DD on the project and found no fatal flaws.
