That is exactly what I stated in a post Yesterday spid. However I'm calling BS on your comment about the African Bank just starting their assessment. Completely unjustified comment by yourself.
Now you can drag up your article on how a 12 Month wait is required once funding is approved and I'm calling BS on you applying that to WKT'S current funding proposal. You don't know which bank or in which country the African Bank is from. So raise the article and we'll see how it applies to our ????? African bank and stop with the generalizations. NLN.
