    We don't have complete disclosure of the management agreements...could be nasties in here.

    Also, whilst there are many posts on HC regarding BEPPA conversion events that appear well informed, it is disappointing that the company hasn't clarified the situation, particularly given the current BNB trading halt.

    Anyway, these are the two X factors for me.
