It's inevitable that the outstanding debtor position will grow as the business expands but certainty not to the extent it will prohibit a dividend payment unless something seriously goes wrong.
Don't forget the sales revenue is 3 approx 3 times the product cost, that's a lot of leeway for working capital management.
The last quarterly had an exceptional situation that was short term & happened to occur at the quarter end, It should have mostly reversed in Q4.
