Punters becoming restless are not tuned into the reality in the Congo.

The BIG ticket question is, what conditions are required for Congo to more or less return to normal for business and administration?

To what extent is it not @ ‘normal’ now?

For the Congo, if senior officials fall ill and or die, consider Kabila or FT or similar, then this would ‘rock’ the country in ways that would make business say, “wait and see”.

How fragile or not the situation is or can be, is not well conveyed in reports I’ve come across, but one fact remains constant here, no offtakes.

Who does an offtake during an “emergency situation”?

Until the “situation” clears up, can an investor here expect offtakes, material progress?

Seems to be a “wait and see”.
