ideally a refinance would have been better, this is just is just a 6 month pause. They can now raise up to 25% of total shares outstanding, up from 15% on ASX, many companies raised money and were in much less distress, yet nothing from DNA. ASM control the board, so minority/retail shareholders are not represented in discussions, Htran is delusional.
Mega hasn't signed off on settlement because of travel restrictions? haha what do you think about that theory?
