In the table you provided you will note that $61.9M was recorded as the accumulated impairment for R&D. This is governed by Accounting Standards and is all above board.I would expect both Goodwill and R&D to increase as the company develops. Have a look at the financials at calendar year end and you will perhaps you will see an entirely different picture.
