$$, my "impression" was that they weren't wanting a JV but don't quote me on that....I guess that's different to the BAU announcement....therefore a deal may have a different effect on the SP.
By the way, my email and HC address are similar so Steve had a pretty good idea prior to the call as to my concerns and position...Just an aside...
