Just a few observation on the expert opinions. Looks like quiet a few bears are looking for multi-weeks stock rally. Just name a few:

Robert McHugh (Per JK5)
Bob Hoye from Institutional Adviser
Tim Woods form Cycleman
Adam hamilton from SafeHaven
.....

The only problem is nobody can can call the bottom. If you miss it by a day or two, it will cost you dearly. And

Since some many experts call a rally, should we use it as contraian indicator? Or it might never happen anytime so.

I guess it is much safer on the bear side than bull. If there is a rally, let it go, don't chase it, and wait for short opportunity..
