GPR had to withdraw all its expats because of COVID-19. They left a PNG team to carry on with the new village construction. I wonder how much of the poor housing is a result of that?
The EMT article was rather poor in that it gave no clue as to the nature of the dissatisfaction. The photo was of a small unfinished basic one room house. We have previously seen pics of larger buildings.
Are expats still excluded from Woodlark? I think that is still the case and certainly makes it a lot harder for management to rectify the situation and make progress.
