Would be happy to vote Peter (or Jason) on the board if they are willing to be the chooks thrown amongst the foxes.
I believe that now Charge hasn't raised the funds that other companies who must have been following the story & were surprised too that ADY got to the point it did would surely see an opportunity now to get it for themselves?
I do hope if they conclude a deal we get to play a part in it as ADY management know how angry we all are & hope they somehow fight to keep us in the deal though probably don't have the option as it will be on the buyers terms.

I'm sure ORE would love to pick up the assets but they only have $5M in the bank that I can see even though they may have other interested parties who could join in with them at this opportunistic time.
I spoke to a pleasant Richard Hedstrom at OZL who was up to date on the Admiralty story & thought that the Lithium was an exciting prospect & was very agreeable that it could slot in well with OZLs other assets but said (as poster jkm010 commented) they were busy dealing with the present slowdown in the commodity market & that anyone acquiring any project would have to look ahead to see how prices were holding up if they were to stay low as forecast for possibly the next 6 months. They do have to give standard non commital answers like this but got the impression that many shareholders had also been suggesting this option to cashed up OZL to consider.

My answer to OZL was that I'd rather grab an opportunity like this & shelve it for a few years than kick myself later for missing out as often we've seen smart companies buy up in gloom & just await the next recovery as these Lithium/Potash assets are not a dime a dozen like many other things are. I said I'd prefer them use some of it now for some firm ground & patents than leave it all sitting in the banks trusting the system is really in place that assures you it will be there when you want it.

I liken this opportunity to the property market when something in a special rare location arises & you don't act upon it as the market might go down a bit further but find when the cycle turns you wish you'd been smart enough to grab it when the opportunity was there & find it has gone forever.

Anyway, I'll start a new thread going with a list of pertinent questions that need to be asked at the AGM.
