some "more" impact? They've gone from "categorically no impact" to "impact". the governance this coy has shown is at best, poor.
Pointing out (obvious) negatives is not downramping, nor should one be required to sell (if you're long, which I'm not). investors should be able to have different views, as you allude to at the start of your post.
What I cannot understand is how anyone can get away from the fact that either a) this company has lied or b) it's had its head in the sand. What other options are there?
