Yes, all battery testing would be confidential, clearly a no brainer. Tesladownunder was, I am sure, referring to a more general NDA, for which my comment remains valid. Elon wouldnt want someone to steal his thunder. The exact composition of the cathode is not really relevant to NVX as I am sure the DPMG process works for all composites. NVX business plan is to get its pure graphite into batteries, this dicussion about Tesla's cathodes seems a diversion. In years to come NVX may well have advanced its single crystal composite Cathode to be battery ready but for now the discussion seems theoretical/hupothetical.
