Aside from the logistics costs from your export/treat at BHP grand ideas it makes perfect sense...
Since as we all know BHP are a charity that will allow a 3rd party to treat ore that will go through their concentrator which may have a different metallurgical profile to their usual ore (but not their smelter/refinery) but the concentrate will be sold to a PGM refinery in South Africa. Also South African PGM refineries are totally geared for receiving imported 3rd party PGM concentrates...
Julimar will have mill for processing its own ore.
