You're going to think whatever you want to think. I have a lifetime of experience in large corporates and these events act like a pendulum and when a new direction is swung it generally swings too far in that direction until it settles into rhythm. It's my guess that right now nobody in that organisation could get a pencil without a risk assessment. The RC outcomes and the AUSTRAC investigation will be permeating into every single department and decision that gets made. If you want heads on sticks you may get them and if they've knowingly committed crimes they'll deserve it.
