I am cognizant of that possibility. I will try to time things so that risk is tempered. I am not interested in selling though, you have pointed out correctly on many occasions the severity of Capital Gains Taxes and this is something I would like to avoid if possible.
Hence a cash flow positive property will only grow more positive with time especially if I take 5 or 10 year fixed rates as I intend to at the right time.
I think we are all being presented with an extraordinary opportunity over the next 12 months or so. I think we can create a far more comfortable life for ourselves and our families by being vigilant.
