If there is storm damage, the info cannot be in the hands of a few, it must be released.
And I check the weather every day around Moree, and all I see are nice steady falls of up to an inch or two... and based on my reading the earlier annoucements they said they needed rain for the dry croppoing areas.... so there ya go!
