I agree LE, I've just come off a really tough year of working. Interest rates and some unexpected bills made it an unenjoyable year. I really don't want to have to go through what i did last year. That's why, I'm now starting to get excited about the opportunity that I can see on the horizon. At some point in the next 6 months to 2 years, I'll get the opportunity to lock in interest rates at ridculously low levels. What more could I ask for then to get them at potential record levels. I'll probably look to a 10 year time frame. Then, I don't have the pressure I have had over the past year, because I will be basically cash flow positive and I also get to sit back for another 10 years and let inflation take care of my rent. Give me a stress free life over the one i have just had.
