I've been subscribing to 3 different cycle experts this month to see how it goes. So for anyone that's interested:

Charles Nenner is predicting a top in the VIX tonight, but he doesn't believe this is the big correction just yet.

Martin Armstrong's Socrates is indicating a reasonable potential of a decline into tonight. There is a very strong target today, which can produce an important event.

Insiide Track has been saying to expect a low in this week of June 15-19. The spike low yesterday morning may have fulfilled that, should have resulted in a bounce, and they are not ruling out further selling later this week.
