You have made it clear many times you think this company is a failure. You have also had countless opportunities to exit this company at a much higher SP after such comments... but you don't?

You only have one person to blame, yourself.

This isn't all bad, as I have stated. I thought it was worse than it is at first also, but I took some time and re-read it and it isn't terrible... it isn't great but it isn't all over red rover.
