588,236 / 15,703,347 = 3.745%.
So you will received SPP shares pro rated to approximately 3.745% of the number of shares you held on the record date regardless of how much you applied for.
This is not taking into account the 30 share minimum allocation regardless of how small your holding is, so the above percentage will be lower, just not sure how much so.
You would have to hold approx $800k in BRV shares to get a full $30k application and not be scaled back.
Long story short - Its been a dud SPP with absolutely massive scale back - move on.
