Taking a closer look at JIN's (OzLotteries) reseller operations in WA. Here's what I've learned (or haven't). Stick with me now...
OzLotteries doesn't currently have LotteryWest listed as a state lottery they're an accredited sales agent of. See here.
BUT if you select WA as your state on OzLotteries, you can still play.
However, if you select QLD as your state, you can't play the commercial lotteries - only the charity lotteries. JIN can't resell in Qld due to their licensing agreement with Tatts Group.
Similarly, if you are on The Lott (Tatts) you can play any state except for WA. Selecting WA reroutes you to LotteryWest. See here.
So while OzLotteries isn't an accredited sales agent for WA's state lottery, it looks like WA residents can still play through OzLotteries.
So to the question at hand... are they already a WA reseller or not!?
