Not to bad thanks Robbbb had a crack at day trading but very hit and miss (I Got to busy chasing something that wasn't there). I have done alright out of options lately (BHP has been good to me both up and down).Brought a BHP call option midway threw the run today so I am a few hundred in the money but as always my exit needs work and in this market I am just happy to take money off the table.

Decided to have a big day in the yard and missed QBE which I had been watching but thats the way it goes.

Learning heaps and I class this as a very long apprenticeship with alot of ups and downs along the way. I am only playing around with the bare minumun and hope by the time I retire (i am only 34) I will have a really good grasp on the market. But at the moment I am happy to trade when I have an opportunity knowing If I get it wrong I am not going to do to much damage.

Having said all this If I had used stop losses when I first started I would be a mile in front lol.

Thanks for asking mate and as always keep your posts coming mate because believe me they are a great help
