I also don't like the announcement as it's just based on speculation. But they did warn of potential delays in their last report too.

This is nothing new and they have warned us of it before. I read it myself.

I think they have probably got a call from some customers along the lines of:

"Hi mate, just letting you know that right now we are still ok with these projects to go ahead but if the rona situation gets worse we might have to put the lake clean up on the back burner"

hence the release to us.
