In line with the usual practice during suspension of quotation, the market depth has been cleared ie all bids and offers have been cancelled. Looks spooky with a completely empty depth...
Note that trading software may reject just about any bid/offer you make when the suspension is first lifted saying that your bid/offer is "too far off market". Go straight to the help desk and place your order with a real person to whom you can explain the situation. I'm not sure if the voice-broker will accept a bid/offer for the same reason.
Don't take the risk, go straight to a human that can press the right buttons for you. Once a trade goes through then their software will wake up and then it's on for young and old (no doubt it will be a buying frenzy? :)
