executives bonus 4 complet'n ...now raisings

I know that the CEU executives recieved huge bonuses for the early completion of the toll road. Why did these executives get such huge bonus - refer to amounts in annual report!!! - and now the company if faced with raising capital in a panic-stricten market!!!!!

Shepard and the board should be removed as they:

a) lied at the AGM earlier in the month;
b) size of bonuses recieved for doing nothing but watching a contractor with a fixed lump sum construct the toll road.
