Looking forward to AGM. Company should provide further update on the due diligence of potential Acquisition/ projects at the AGM.
‘ASIC has adopted a two-month ‘no-action’ position for entities with a financial year end of 31 December 2019 that do not hold their AGM by 31 May 2020. At present, these entities ideally will be able to hold their AGM by the end of July 2020’.
In my opinion, we should be expecting NOM announcement for the AGM anytime between now and 10th July 2020.
