From a deeper look, all of that EBIT should be recurring, some if it being used to offset the cost of construction which runs at a loss (not surprising), havent worked out the breakeven time, but it doesnt really matter as the customers dont have any choice.
So the biggest risk i see is from increased competition from NBN in greenfield development, still not sure how their pricing works.
