All those listed subject you just meantion already have enough hydro to supply there needs. There isnt a short fall for hydro.
Only thing is cars and powercreed to make enough supply to call for hydro plant to be made.
only way hydro will work is government to spend billion's of billions for a hydro plant and dirrect pipeline from lck towards it.
then lck would need alot of carbon capture to capture there carbon from making h20.
more profits to stick with natural gas. Greeds and pipelines are there already tho go.

how much you think it will cost them to do hydro? 3 to 5b? How much for the goverement to spend to get hydro power station? 10b? Then piplines to cart the hydro to new power station?
Then you have to spend more engery than what you get. Not green engery. Since its coming from dirty engery
its cheaper n easier just to make gas or a minni nuclear power plant. Not hydro.
