To do it over the net you need to have a personalised form and pay via BPay- if the form does not arrive it is not easy to do
I got my PAN form via email and subscribed in full- so happy!
But they only email it if you have set your settings at Link or Computershare as 'electronic communications only'- i just checked my M7T details re its CR only to find to my horror that it was set at 'mail'-not electronic as all of my other shares that Link manages that i hold are set at..... so now i need to wait for Aust Post to deliver it..........................now i am really worried !!!
