I dont disagree here, but how else can the ASX confirm this is indeed brought on by shareholders?
In any case the asx is asking for a copy of the resolution, the issues of who brought it up hasnt been explicitly tested (yet)
Perhaps both parties can be satisfied if the names and signatures are blanked out?
