If they can give investor some sort of Guarantee that some drills will be put into the ground when all state restrictions are lifted i cant see why it wont go to @0.005 when investor see drills bit hitting the ground. At this time @0.002 would be fair value with the record of just leaving projects on the back burner for the last 9 months !
