There are pros and cons, most of the leaders in democracy countries are very short visioned, they are given a term and their vision is limited at the length of the term. Even democracy country like U.S, see who they actually voted in?

People have choice in those countries to pick what type of democracy they want, not forced to vote for candidates of one party
