Spot on mate. The latest bogan outcry on social media is "buy Australian" and then they shop at Aldi with no understanding of the basic tax economics.
The left hold out the major miners as the enemy yet fail to acknowledge that after including royalties to the states they are in fact some of the biggest taxpayers (and employers) in the country.
I shake my head sometimes......
