I think he has been diluted and there definitely should be ample numbers to remove him.
Re dumping on market that is his loss and that is not hard to recover from if the new management was to refocus on existing projects (gold) without adding another wild goose chase project without the funds to develop it. Uranium requires ridiculously high capex to get started. (also a hype market because the prices will drop once Namibia and Kazakhstan return to full production)
