so they spent an initial $6m for the original 51% stake in Lloyds Online acquisition back in July 2016

... and got $1.4m back for 10% in March 2020 and $3.8m for the remaining stake (not sure if or what they paid to increase their stake from 51% to 56%) despite the investment the put in during the holding period
pretty poor effort that
