I would agree that someone needs to call the company...and tell them to quit biting the hand that feeds them. They need to lift their game in terms of decent communication and to quit this arrogant and contemptuous disregard for the legitimate wishes and concerns of their shareholders

Supposedly, they use the research of HC posters to free up time and resources to build the company. If that's the case, then use some of that saved time and resource to keep us in the picture as to exactly what the hell is going on
