I agree with your second phrase, but am too polite to put the point : I am glad you did. Actually Musk has modified an agreement with Panasonic to include updated technology. If that requirement needs NVX technology then Panasonic will need to have a chat with NVX. No one is talking partnerships and Annum is latin for year. TPA is pretty much universally used, not TPY. 20,000TPA in the first year growing by 10,000PA is reasonable. Most punters will know Tesla has an agreement with Sanyo and Sanyo has an MOU with NVX. They will not be thinking Tesla, Sanyo and NVX are going to form a brotherhood ; bro. So irrational or otherwise I will not argue with you.
