MQ has a heap of shares, SW has some and they are committing funds to this latest SPP.
if you are running a lifestyle company you wouldnt hire a CEO and give up precious lifestyle pay for another wage. You also wouldnt get directors fees accrued for months or take shares in lieu of wage either.
yes $170k wont get far thats why they raised $650k plus another $150 in SPP.
