Not sure about the 2 arms of the company I didn't see that but like I said before the company was closed down and then started up again last year
I believe that would be the problem there,managment said there name had been tarnished,maybe that's why they closed down then started up again, I wouldn't have thought taxed etc would have caused a delay this long, and lastly as per announcement HSBC legal and general and GMC obviously put this deal together so its obviously legal and general holding this up as I have said before,I feel.like a miracle is needed now.
