This baffles me; some reports say that Conroy has given assurance to Telstra some say he is not going to.
Some say Telstra is bidding and prepared the contract some say they are not interested unless the assurance is given but they will bid anyway.
Can anyone tell me please what is their gut feeing about this and will the SP be affected on Thursday.
